Karan is a purpose-driven young leader with a deep commitment to financial literacy as a tool for individual and social empowerment. His goal: to equip 10,000 people with the knowledge and confidence to make better financial decisions.

Selected among the top 2,000 out of 1.4 million applicants (this is 0.1%), he served as a branch manager at a public sector bank in India, where he managed hundreds of customers daily and additionally supported over 350 individuals in becoming financially literate in his own time.

In a bold move to further his impact, Karan left his secure government job to pursue an MBA in Germany, alongside his wife. During his studies at HHL Leipzig, he co-founded Uniquable, a social venture that supports artists with disabilities in India and Indonesia, improving the livelihoods of over 30 artisans through their creative work.
